The real power of Esoteric Dharma is in the practice of the meditation methods. You may discover the effectiveness for yourself after attending only one or two classes!
This is the section where you can find out more information about the classes and groups that are being run in your area.
There are a number of weekly meditation groups currently being run.
They are suitable for any experience level, and focus primarily on practice of the meditation methods of the Chinese Esoteric School of Buddhism.
